  • The article examines several boundary or territorial disputes across the world as of 2014. It offers a background on the history of the Free Territory of the Freedomland, formerly a part of the Spratly Islands being claimed by the Philippines and China. Information on how the International Court of Justice adjudicates territorial disputes is presented.
