El presente artículo está dedicado a la descripción de los actos procesales judiciales de los procesos civil y arbitral en Rusia y España. Se definen los actos procesales básicos del inicio, avance y terminación del proceso. Asimismo, se realiza un breve análisis comparativo entre los escritos de los dos países con el fin de destacar las dificultades y proponer algunas soluciones de traducción.
This article is dedicated to the description of the procedural judicial acts in civil and arbitration processes of Russia and Spain. The basic procedural acts of the beginning, progress and the end of the process are defined. Moreover a brief comparative analysis is made between the writings of these two countries in order to point out the difficulties and to propose some solutions of translation.
