    En este artículo se presenta un estudio sobre la importancia del sistema de protección de los derechos y la relación existente entre los diferentes sistemas de protección tanto a nivel nacional como supranacional. Se analiza también cómo los sistemas multiniveles de protección de los derechos contribuyen significativamente a configurar el contenido legal de los derechos constitucionales y cómo estos sistemas influyen en la clasificación de los sistemas de justicia constitucional.

    This article presents a study on the importance of the protection system of the rights and the relations between the different systems of both, national and supranational protection. There is analyzed also how the systems protection multilevels of the rights help to form the legal content of the constitutional laws and how these systems influence the classification of the systems of constitutional justice.
