En el presente estudio se hace un análisis crítico del papel de los juzgadores en el caso Yurécuaro, llevado al Tribunal Electoral en 2007. El autor enfatiza la importancia de hacer una crítica constructiva al trabajo de los administradores de la democracia en México, para acrecentar la calidad de la vida política.
Las líneas de este trabajo abordan la causa de nulidad abstracta, en primer lugar, y la relación entre creencias religiosas y elecciones. Aunque el investigador coincide con lo resuelto en la sentencia, las conclusiones a las que llega acerca de su formalidad son complementarias y aportan una visión crítica.
This article presents a critical analysis of the role of judges in the case Yurécuaro, led to the Electoral Tribunal in 2007. The autor emphasizes the importance of constructive criticism to the work of administrators of democracy in Mexico, to grow in the quality of political life.
The lines of this paper address the cause of nullity abstract, first, and the relationship between religious beliefs and elections. Although the researcher agrees with the decision in the sentencing, the conclusions he reaches about the formality are complementary and provide a critical view.
