El derecho ha ido evolucionando a lo largo del tiempo porque la sociedad lo ha ido exigiendo. La ley se ha de adaptar a la realidad social del tiempo en que se encuentre, de otro modo, este Derecho no tendría sentido alguno, no es un conjunto de normas ancladas en el tiempo, inmutables, obsoletas, sino, que no cabe duda alguna de que las normas se reforman, se derogan, publicándose otras nuevas, y que la razón que subyace a este asunto es la adaptación del Derecho a la sociedad, sociedad que evoluciona con el tiempo y que necesita de un cuerpo legal que regule los distintos aspectos de su convivencia. Es por ello, que el legislador no debería ignorar estas necesidades; y es a partir de esta afirmación, donde en marcamos el presente trabajo. Por ello, en el presente trabajo comenzaremos abordando que es el Islán y el Derecho Islámico, para así, poder abordar el tema de estudio del presente trabajo que es la libertad religiosa en el Derecho Islámico.
The right has been evolving throughout the time because society has been demanding it. The law right should be adjusted to the social reality of the time to which it refers, otherwise, this right would have no sense, it is not a set of norms ancho red in time, immutable, obsolete, if not, and there is no doubt about it, norms are reformed, derogated, new ones are published, and the reason behind this is the adaptation of the right to the society, society which evolves during time and which needs a legal body regulating the different aspects of his coexistence.
