La Administración electrónica permite que el ciudadano pueda realizar un importante número de gestiones a través de los sitios Web de las mismas. Ahora bien, existen determinados aspectos que pueden infundir cierta desconfianza para el administrado. Para hacer frente a estos últimos, algunas Administraciones públicas han asumido, de manera voluntaria, prácticas de excelencia en Internet. Estas últimas resultan visibles, por el ciudadano, mediante la exhibición del correspondiente logotipo gráfico en la página Web del ente público.
The electronic Administration allows the citizen to make an important number of arrangements through their Web sites. However, there are certain aspects that can give place to a loss of confidence in the people who receive these services. To face this, some public Administration institutions have assumed voluntarily, the practices of excellence in Internet. The latter are visible for the citizen by the exhibition of the corresponding graphic logo on the Web site of the public institution.
