La gerencia organizacional demanda una serie de principios propios del mundo actual, y en ese sentido se presenta el siguiente ensayo, el cual ofrece una revisión teórica de diversos autores que se han dedicado a estudiar los distintos aspectos relacionados con la epistemología y la ética dentro de la gerencia. Para esto se hizo necesaria la consulta a una serie de puntos, logrando la recopilación de información valiosa, como la importancia de recibir una formación ética desde la escuela. Aunado a lo anterior, se considera a la ética social como propia de las relaciones de los hombres entre sí, en el trabajo; existiendo formas para promover la influencia de la ética dentro del ámbito empresarial y por ende gerencial, con las tendencias gerenciales. Además de esto, se presenta la ética aplicada, centrando su interés en articular propuestas de actuación para un determinado grupo de personas, quienes enfrentan problemas morales parecidos, considerando el tipo de actividad ejercida. Finalmente, se realiza un cierre, con las ideas más resaltantes del trabajo realizado.
The organizational management demands a series of own principles of the present world, and in that sense the following test appears, which offers a theoretical revision of diverse authors who have dedicated themselves to study the different aspects related to the epistemology and the ethics within the management. For this the consultation in diverse points became necessary, obtaining the compilation of valuable information like the importance of receiving an ethical formation from the school. In addition, to consider to each other to the social ethics like own of the relations of the men, in the work; existing forms to promote the influence of the ethics within the enterprise and therefore managemental scope, with the managemental tendencies. Combined to this, the applied ethics appears, centering its interest in articulating proposals of performance for a certain group of people who face moral problems similarities, considering the type of exerted activity.
