    En este artículo se lleva a cabo una relectura de A. Ross desde una nueva perspectiva que posibilita identificar las reales diferencias y similitudes entre el denominado realismo jurídico escandinavo, representado por Ross, y la moderna teoría de la argumentación.

    In this article a rereading of A. Ross is carried out from a new perspective. This makes it possible to identify the real differences and similarities between the so called Scandinavian legal realism, as represented by Ross, and the modern theory of argumentation.
