Desde la concepción del turismo moderno su desarrollo requirió de una base territorial que le permitiera sustentarse y diferenciarse mientras que el transporte se consolidó como el factor articulador imprescindible para el desarrollo de esta actividad. Debido a esto, el análisis conjunto del turismo, el territorio y el transporte es de imperiosa necesidad. Es sabido que cualquier territorio puede considerarse con potencial para el aprovechamiento turístico, aunque el desarrollo solamente podrá plasmarse si se identifican los recursos factibles de ser aprovechados, se incorporan los equipamientos necesarios y se procede a garantizar la accesibilidad. En Argentina, si bien el turismo fue vital para impulsar la integración territorial y es una actividad creciente que tiende a expandirse en algunos territorios históricamente postergados para esta actividad, encontrándonos en el siglo XXI, el transporte aéreo interno continúa sin acompañar este proceso. Por lo expuesto, este artículo repasará los principales ejes respecto de la necesidad de propulsar una articulación entre el territorio, el transporte aéreo interno y el desarrollo del turismo en Argentina. Analizará el rol del transporte como componente del sistema relacional del turismo, e intentará revisar la responsabilidad que para mejorar la articulación territorial para desarrollar ese sector esta modalidad del transporte tiene asignada. Finalmente invitará a reparar las acciones postergadas del transporte aerocomercial interno, que afectan y condicionan al sector del turismo.
From the conception of the modern tourism his development needed of a territorial base that it was allowing him to be sustained and to differ whereas the transport was consolidated as the articulator factor indispensably for the development of this activity. Due to this, the joint analysis of the tourism, the territory and the transport it is of imperious need. It is known that any territory can be considered by potential for the tourist utilization, though the development only will be able to take form if the feasible resources are identified of being taken advantage, the necessary equipments join and one proceeds to guarantee the accessibility. In Argentina, though the tourism was vital to stimulate the territorial integration and it is an increasing activity that tends to expand in some territories historically postponed for this activity, being in the 21st century, the air internal transport continues without accompanying this process. For the exposed thing, this article will revise the principal axes respect of the need to promote a joint between the territory, the air internal transport and the development of the tourism in Argentina. He will analyze the role of the transport as component of the relational system of the tourism, and will try to check the responsibility that to improve the territorial joint to develop this sector this modality of the transport has assigned. Finally it will invite to repair the actions postponed of the transport aerocomercial internally, that they affect and determine to the sector of the tourism.
