The performance analysis it will allow in them to detach to the identification of the practical causes and practical uneconomical and inefficient, the fulfilment of the goals as well as the elaboration of the mapping of the process of the activities. This objective work the description and the analysis of the possible methodologies of evaluation of performance existing that they can be applied in the public institutions. The used methodology it was on the basis of the necessity of evaluation of costs for the governmental institutions by means of the performance analysis. However, it is possible to apply Balanced Scorecard e Activity-based Costing, in view of the creation of the empirical model of one determined situation for one work program.
A análise de desempenho nos permitirá destacar à identificação das causas e práticas antieconômicas e ineficientes, o cumprimento das metas, assim como a elaboração do mapeamento do processo das atividades. Este trabalho objetiva a descrição e a análise das possíveis metodologias de avaliação de desempenho existentes que possam ser aplicadas nas instituições públicas. A metodologia utilizada foi com base na necessidade de avaliação de custos pelas instituições governamentais por meio da análise de desempenho. Contudo, é possível aplicar Balanced Scorecard e Activity-based Costing, tendo em vista a criação do modelo empírico de uma determinada situação para um programa de trabalho.
