En este estudio (realizado en diciembre de 2004) se muestra la percepción de los sectores más vulnerables de la población de Santiago en torno a la Justicia desde las dimensiones de acceso, sentimientos de equidad y satisfacción. Para esto, se indaga sobre sus concepciones de justicia, responsabilidad y funciones que atribuyen a diferentes actores en la solución de problemas, factores que limitan sus posibilidades de acceso, niveles de satisfacción y calificación a diferentes actores de la sociedad en materia de justicia, entre otros aspectos. También se les consulta en relación al grado de conocimiento y consecuencias de la Reforma Procesal Penal. Los diferentes resultados presentados se muestran, además, de manera evolutiva respecto del año 2003.
In this research (carried out in December of 2004) we shown the perception of the most vulnerable sectors of Santiago�s population of Justice System from the dimensions of access, feelings of justice and satisfaction. For this, we inquire about their conceptions of justice, responsibility and functions that they attribute to different actors in the solution of problems, factors that limit their access possibilities, satisfaction levels and qualification to different actors of the society in regard to justice, among other aspects. They are also asked in relation to the degree of knowledge and consequences of the Penal Process Reform. The different results presented are shown, also, in an evolutionary way with regard to the year 2003.
