    Los nuevos entornos de aprendizajes a través de la red generan comunidades educativas que construyen el conocimiento de forma colaborativa. Los tutores virtuales son esen-ciales para facilitar el acceso a la información, a la comunicación interactiva y a la for-mación a través de las tecnologías. Su formación es esencial para conseguir crear una enseñanza de calidad a través de la comunidades de aprendizaje en red.

    Es necesario establecer procesos de reflexión e investigación sobre la alfabetización tecnológica de los tutores virtuales para favorecer nuevos procesos formativos genera-dores de una enseñanza virtual y real.

    The new surroundings of learnings through the network generate communities educa-tive that construct the knowledge in group. The virtual tutors are essential to facilitate the access to the information, the interactive communication and the formation through the technologies. Its formation is essential to be able to create an education of quality through the communities of learning in network.

    It is necessary to establish processes of reflection and investigation on the technological alphabetization of the virtual tutors to create new generating processes of formation of a virtual and real education.
