La villa romana genera una tipología residencial. Entendemos que éste es el origen del modelo de vivienda segoviana; que ha ido evolucionando sin bucles, hasta su formulación definitiva, hacia el siglo XVII, con los aportes de las diferentes culturas, e incluso de los estilos arquitectónicos, que tendrían su apoyo en la villa romana.
The Roman villa generates a residential typology. We believe this is the origin of the model for the Segovian house. It has evolved directly up to its definite formulation, around the 17th C., with contributions from other cultures, and even from other architectural styles that stem from Roman villa.
