El aumento considerable de la violencia, principalmente de la de género ha hecho urgente y necesaria una ley de medidas de proteccón integral contra la misma. Su propia denominación resulta polémica siendo calro el pronunciamiento al respecto de la Real Academia Española.
La LOMPIVG logra ofrecer un enfoque integral y multidisciplinar del tema, suponiendo la misma un gran avance en el reconocimiento de los derechos de la mujer trabajadora víctima de la violencia. Se abarcan tanto los aspectos preventivos, educativos, asistenciales y de atención posterior. El problema se debe erradicar ya que constituye un grave atentado contra los derechos humanos de las mujeres.
The considerable increase of Gender Violence (Domestic Violence) has made urgent and necessary a new law of measures of integral protection against it. It own denomination was polemic, being then very clear the interpretation of the Spanish Royal Academy of The Language. The LOMPIVG achieves to show an integral and multidisciplinary view on that topic. This law offers a great advance in the acknowledgement of the rights of the working women that are victims of violence. It includes preventive aspects as well as educational, assitance and post assistance attention. The problem must be eradicated as it is a grave attack against the Human Rights for women.
