    Este trabajo analiza si las excepciones de minería de textos y datos (TDM) de los arts. 3 y 4 de la Directiva (UE) 2019/790 (y el art. 67 del RDL 24/2021) para entrenar los sistemas de IA generativa entran en conflicto con la explotación normal de la obra según la prueba de los tres pasos vigente en el derecho de autor.
