Pensión de orfandad. Se plantea la posibilidad de incrementar el porcentaje de la pensión de orfandad con la pensión de viudedad no reconocida al otro progenitor supérstite que ha sido suspendido en el ejercicio de la patria potestad. Se estima por tratarse de una situación análoga a las de huérfano absoluto previstas en el artículo 38.2 del Reglamento general de prestaciones de la Seguridad Social.
Orphan's Pension. Increasing the percentage of full orphan the orphan´s pension by the amount of the widow´s pension not granted to the other surviving parent who has been suspended from exercising parental authority. This is considered appropriate because the situation is analogous to that of a as provided for in Article 38.2 of the General Regulations on Social Security Benefits.
