The accrual and receipt of economic bonuses for danger, toxicity, and harshness provided for in the collective agreement can be understood in two ways. First, by accruing them to all workers who perform job functions with these characteristics. And second, by not accruing them to those workers who were specifically hired to perform these tasks, as long as their pay takes these working conditions into account. Although it might seem like a mutually exclusive choice, we are actually facing the same situation, examined from two different perspectives and operating in practice as a simple question: Is it reflected in the pay of a worker who was specifically hired to carry out dangerous, unhealthy, or harmful tasks? If the answer is yes, the bonus should not be received. If the answer is no, it should still be received. Obviously, the worker who wasn't specifically hired to carry out these tasks and whose pay doesn't compensate for this, should still receive the supplement as long as they perform them.
