Concluye la Audiencia Nacional que es válido el pacto que ALCAMPO suscribe con trabajadores perceptores de la jubilación parcial que trabajan a tiempo parcial acumulando períodos de actividad en determinados meses del año, mediante el cual éstos se comprometen a devolver las horas «perdidas» si sobreviene una incapacidad temporal o si tienen derecho a un permiso retribuido mientras se debieran encontrar en activo.
The Spanish National Court concludes that the agreement that ALCAMPO signs with workers receiving partial retirement benefits who work part-time, accumulating periods of activity in certain months of the year, is valid, through which they commit to returning the 'lost' hours if a temporary disability occurs or if they are entitled to paid leave while they should be active.
