Continuando la línea iniciada por la Ley 7/2021 de Cambio Climático y Transición Energética y sin que los medios de comunicación le hayan dado a esta noticia la difusión que merece, se acaba de aprobar lo que sin duda es una importante novedad en el sistema jurídico español: la Ley 9/2025 de Movilidad Sostenible. En el presente trabajo se analiza la influencia que esta nueva norma puede tener sobre la configuración jurídica del plus de transporte en las empresas tal y como hasta ahora lo conocemos.
Following the path initiated by Law 7/2021 on Climate Change and Energy Transition, and without the media giving this news the coverage it deserves, what is undoubtedly a significant development in the Spanish legal system has just been approved: Law 9/2025 on Sustainable Mobility. This paper analyzes the influence this new law may have on the legal framework of the transportation allowance in companies, as we currently understand it.
