This research analyzes the relationship between physical education and the development of academic skills in elementary school students. From a behaviorist perspective, it is believed that learning can be reinforced through repetition, discipline, and habit formation, all of which are linked to regular physical activity. Furthermore, considering different learning styles, it is recognized that integrating physical movement into the classroom promotes more active and meaningful teaching. The results showed a positive influence of physical education on academic performance. Physical activity improves student concentration, motivation, and participation. Therefore, fostering a school environment that promotes physical education contributes to students' overall development and strengthens their academic skills.
