El presente estudio tuvo como propósito analizar la incidencia de la inteligencia artificial "Mónica" en el rendimiento académico de estudiantes de décimo grado, paralela "B", en la Unidad Educativa "13 de enero". La investigación se enfocó en identificar las percepciones de los estudiantes respecto a la utilidad, facilidad de uso y efectividad de la herramienta en la comprensión de contenidos académicos. Se amplicó un enfoque metodológico mixto, con diseño descriptivo, mediante encuestas estructuradas dirigidas estudiantes y docentes. Los datos obtenidos fueron analizados y representados gráficamente. Los resultados evidenciaron que el 63,3 % de los estudiantes manifestaron satisfacción con la velocidad de respuesta de la herramienta y su aporte a la comprensión del contenido. Asimismo, el 60 % destacó la facilidad de uso de la interfaz y el 56 % valoró positivamente las estrategias de estudio sugeridas. No obstante, se identificaron dificultades iniciales de adaptaciónn a la herramienta por parte de algunos estudiantes o insatisfacción con ciertos aspectos técnicos y funcionales, lo que indica áreas de mejora.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the incidence of the artificial intelligence "Mónica" on the academic performance of tenth-grade students, parallel "B" at the "13 de Enero" Educational Unit. The research focused on identifying students' perceptions regarding the tool's usefulness, ease of use, and effectiveness in understanding academic content. A mixed-methodological approach, with a descriptive design, was expanded through structured surveys conducted by students and teachers. The data obtained were analyzed and represented graphically. The results showed that 63.3% of students expressed satisfaction with the tool's response speed and its contribution to content comprehension. Furthermore, 60% highlighted the ease of use of the interface, and 56% positively valued the suggested study strategies. However, some students encountered initial difficulties adapting to the tool, which demonstrates the need to strengthen training processes, or dissatisfaction with certain technical and functional aspects, which indicates areas for improvement. The use of artificial intelligence tools like "Mónica" has fostered greater student participation and engagement, offering an innovative alternative to traditional learning.
