Las competencias digitales son una necesidad en la actualidad debido a la rápida introducción de las tecnologías en la vida del ser humano y el impacto que tiene en su bienestar, además, estas se relacionan con los retos que asumen las personas en lo digital. Hoy está el uso de inteligencias artificiales generativas, por ello lograrlo desde el bachillerato se torna esencial. El enfoque es mixto, con preponderancia en métodos cuantitativos. El diseño de investigación es de preprueba/posprueba con un solo grupo. Se seleccionaron 500 estudiantes de una Unidad Educativa (Ambato – Ecuador), durante el ciclo 2022-2023, se solicitó su consentimiento. Las bases de datos científicas utilizadas son: Google Académico, SciELO y ScienceDirect.com, tomando los cinco últimos años. Se analizan las principales conceptualizaciones de competencias digitales y se establecen sus dimensiones. Se propone un sistema de acciones en el bachillerato para sentar las bases transformadoras más importantes en la formación de competencias digitales relacionadas con el estudiante y la comunidad.
Digital skills are a necessity today due to the rapid introduction of technologies in the lives of human beings and the impact they have on their well-being. In addition, these are related to the challenges that people take on in the digital world. Today it is the use of generative artificial intelligence, which is why achieving it from high school becomes essential. The approach is mixed, with a predominance of quantitative methods. The research design is pretest/posttest with a single group. 500 students were selected from an Educational Unit (Ambato – Ecuador), during the 2022-2023 cycle, their consent was requested. The scientific databases used: Google Scholar, SciELO and ScienceDirect.com, taking the last five years. The main conceptualizations of digital competencies are analyzed, and their dimensions are established. A system of actions is proposed in high school to lay the most important transformative foundations in the formation of digital skills related to the student and the community.
