The present investigative work studies the methodology of the learning strategy in students of computer science pedagogy at the Technical University of Babahoyo, which has as its main objective to know the characteristics of the flipped classroom in learning and its significant contribution in applied educational praxis. By teachers. So, the purpose of this research is to describe the advantages of the implementation of learning strategies mediated by technology in which the "Flipped Classroom" stands out for teachers in their planning and as such strategies merged with information technologies. Information and communication contribute to the creation of interactive scenarios with students.
For the development of the article, a descriptive investigation of a mixed approach was applied, using the qualitative and quantitative method, supported by bibliographic research to theoretically support the description of the variables with reliable sources that ensure the quality of the theoretical arguments, and for results. Reliable and ordered, the Google questionnaires tool was applied for the survey with a questionnaire of ten questions as a research technique, applied to the population of 64 students belonging to the second morning and evening semester. The results of the research show that the methodology of the "Inverted Classroom" learning strategy improves the academic performance of the students, in addition, it allows them to generate a flexible, deep, progressive and much more significant self-learning thanks to the dynamic scenarios. That this strategy createst
