Freedom of expression has found a limit within itself, thus creating frontiers that make it inaccessible in some cases. It has sought to limit itself for fear of being questioned. It prefers self-censorship to an external attack, an insult, a slander. The movement of strong and consolidated minorities has provoked the democratization of the discourse, which, supported by social networks, have become, in a way, fanatical against what they consider as the other. Other that can be the enemy or simply that which does not respond to parameters that can be assimilated to unity. The culture of cancellation and the debate between the identity of author and work become two examples that allow us to observe the phenomenon. It includes the restriction that leads to the discussion, which at the moment in transit does not find a point of confluence.
