In this paper, the author postulates that the principles of the UN Convention Child Rights have the purpose of guiding the legislator in the creation of substantial and procedural law, as well as the judge in the clarification, interpretation or integration of the protective spectrum about children and adolescents. In summary, the text suggests that such principles provide coherence to the increasingly complex system and avoid equivocal reasoning when trying to resolve the issues that involve them.
En este trabajo, la autora postula que los principios de la Convención sobre los Derechos del Niño tienen el propósito de orientar al legislador en la creación del Derecho sustancial y procesal, como así también al juez en la aclaración, interpretación o integración del espectro protectorio referido a niños y adolescentes. En síntesis, el texto sugiere que tales principios otorgan coherencia a un sistema cada vez más complejo y evitan razonamientos equívocos cuando se resuelven las cuestiones que a ellos involucran.
