El análisis del año 2025 arroja 378 resoluciones de la AEPD, de las que 323 terminan con sanción económica y 55 concluyen sin sanción. El importe total agregado asciende a 39.888.025,20 €, con 166 procedimientos finalizados por pago voluntario, esto es, el 51.4% de todas las resoluciones sancionadoras. El dato más llamativo vuelve a ser la ausencia absoluta de apercibimientos. Por volumen y por importe, el gran protagonista del año es el bloque de Inscripción de ficheros/Información, que concentra 84 sanciones y 14.666.772,00 €. El mes con más resoluciones fue mayo (44), mientras que noviembre registró el mayor impacto económico, con 14.029.812,00 €.
Una vez más, la tabla al final del artículo os recoge los hechos infractores del año, clasificados por sectores, e incluye los preceptos vulnerados del RGPD, la LOPDGDD y la LSSI, junto con las sanciones impuestas y la indicación expresa de si se ha producido terminación por pago en período voluntario. Además, se presentan gráficos visuales que resumen la información por meses, tipo de infracción y cuantía de las sanciones en cada sector.
The 2025 dataset records 378 AEPD decisions, of which 323 ended with an administrative fine and 55 closed without sanction. The aggregate amount reaches 39.888.025,20 €, while 166 proceedings were concluded through voluntary payment, representing 51.4% of all sanctioning resolutions. The most striking trend remains the complete disappearance of formal warnings. By both volume and amount, the leading category is Filing/Information, with 84 sanctions and 14.666.772,00 €. May registered the highest number of decisions, whereas November concentrated the largest sanctioning amount.
As in previous editions, the table at the end of this article compiles the infringing actions recorded this year, broken down by sector. It also includes the specific provisions breached under the GDPR, the Spanish Data Protection Act (LOPDGDD), and the Law on Information Society Services (LSSI), along with the corresponding penalties and a clear indication of whether the proceeding was concluded through voluntary payment. In addition, visual charts are provided to summarise the data by month, type of infringement, and the amount of the fines imposed in each sector.
