The essay aims to illustrate, through some photographs taken from the cinematographic production of Leni Riefenstahl, director who lived during the Nazi regime, the legal and ideological profiles of the Third Reich. These are some framers of great aesthetic beauty and technical perfection, taken from the two documentaries made on the occasion of the sixth congress of the Nazi party in 1934 and the Berlin Olympics in 1936: very significant events for the Nazi regime. To study this totalitarian system, the author examines the characteristics of the National Socialist Party, the value of propaganda and the fundamental legal profiles of the regime through the analysis of some aspects of the work of one of its greatest jurists: Carl Schmitt. The framers, selected for this essay, seem suitable to illustrate the politics of strength, power and superiority of the Aryan race, typical of the Nazi regime. However, the beauty of these framers cannot make us forget their purpose: to legitimize and develop an inhuman regime
