Se examina la Teoría General del Derecho desde la dimensión axiológica del trialismo jurídico, enfrentando la fragmentación del pensamiento jurídico contemporáneo. El enfoque trialista permite identificar tanto las estructuras comunes que atraviesan el ordenamiento como los matices valorativos que justifican las especificidades materiales, recuperando así una visión sistema tica del fenómeno jurídico sin negar sus particularidades.
The General Theory of Law is examined from the axiological dimension of legal trialism, confronting the fragmentation of contemporary legal thought. The trialist approach allows us to identify both the common structures that run through the legal system and the evaluative nuances that justify material specificities, thus recovering a systematic view of the legal phenomenon without denying its particularities.
