    Se considera a la escuela aprovechando la tridimensionalidad de la teoría trialista del mundo jurídico. Se la trata como una institución para la educación compartida imprescindible, también en el tiempo actual. Se afirma que la escuela argentina debe recuperar el alto nivel que la caracterizó.

    The school is considered in light of the threedimensionality of the trialist theory of the juridical world. It is treated as an essential institution for shared education, even in the present day. It is asserted that the Argentine school system must recover the high standards that once characterized it.
