Este artículo examina la estructura de la Función Judicial en la vigente Constitución Política de la República, se anotan los problemas que se han presentado a partir de 1998 en que entró en vigencia la Carta Fundamental y se insinúan algunas posibles reformas en orden a alcanzar una organización de la Función Judicial que supere las falencias detectadas.
This article examines the structure of the Judicial Function in the current Political Constitution of the Republic, notes the problems that have arisen since 1998 when the Fundamental Charter came into force, and suggests some possible reforms in order to achieve an organization of the Judicial Function that overcomes the deficiencies detected.
