    Este trabajo tiene como objetivo principal determinar cuál es el papel del juez comunitario andino en la protección de los derechos ciudadanos. Para ello, primero se determinará cuáles son las bases normativas que posibilitan dicha protección y, posteriormente, se establecerá, en el marco del Sistema Judicial Comunitario, cómo se protege a los particulares en relación con los daños sufridos por el incumplimiento de un País Miembro de la Comunidad Andina, y cuáles son los niveles de protección de los derechos humanos en el Sistema de Integración Comunitario.

    The main objective of this work is to determine the role of the Andean Community judge in protecting citizens' rights. To this end, it will first identify the legal framework that enables such protection and then establish, within the framework of the Community Judicial System, how individuals are protected from damages suffered due to non-compliance by a Member State of the Andean Community, and what the levels of human rights protection are within the Community Integration System.
