Santiago, Chile

As a starting point, we are interested in observing the emergence of community culture in the cultural policies of the 21st century, based on a look at the cultural deficit thesis installed in Chile during the period. Subsequently, we will examine the definitions that support the program, the commitments acquired by the State, as well as the progress achieved in these three years. Finally, we will specify the perspectives regarding pending work and the challenges that emerge.
