  • The critical situation of governance, security, and transnational organized crime makes it necessary to propose the design and launch of a Colombia Plan 2.0, with the change of government in August 2026, whose work should be directed at restoring the presence of the state at the national level, strengthening the armed forces and the fight against crime, as well as promoting development and social inclusion. In other words, it’s necessary to put the “house in order” again to address and resolve a situation of multiple crises, similar to time bombs that are about to explode.
