This paper aims to provide an overview of the main risks associated with the use of Artificial Intelligence and new technologies by the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT), presenting an analysis based on the content of the Charter of Digital Rights-a non-binding document that nevertheless offers guidance on how to address the shortcomings arising from the use of Artificial Intelligence and new technologies and, above all, to ensure that the rights and safeguards of taxpayers are not infringed upon and are protected.
