On the basis of a study of industrial companies in Rafaela (Santa Fe) and San Martín (Buenos Aires) in 2021 and 2022, this article analyses the characteristics of and interactions between the dimensions and sub-dimensions that shape different forms of work organisation. These interrelationships are identified through the application of a multiple correspondence factor analysis, where the sub-dimensions that describe each dimension are considered the active variables. It is concluded that there is a strong synergy between the different sub-dimensions, which gives rise to the configuration of groups of companies characterised by extreme features (more traditional and more formative) of the dimensions. From these results, new possibilities also arise for reviewing methodological strategies and analysing work organisation using simpler analytical tools and information gathering instruments
