El artículo propone un análisis exhaustivo sobre la vulneración de los derechos humanos de la población mi- grante en tránsito por Colombia hacia el tapón del Darién, entre los años 2020 a 2024, desde una perspectiva de bioderecho. Estas personas cargadas de deseos de progreso, quienes en busca de un mejor futuro han tomado la decisión de abandonar sus países de origen; a raíz de situaciones como la pobreza, la violencia interna, la falta de oportunidades, el deseo de reencontrarse con sus familias, entre otras. De esta forma, a través de un enfoque metodológico cualitativo, se examinan las condiciones de riesgo y las violaciones sufridas por esta población en un contexto donde el Estado no ha sido eficiente en el control de la crisis desatada, ni mucho menos ha logrado crear estrategias para proteger a los migrantes. La investigación combina herramientas socio-jurídicas con técnicas cualitativas y cuantitativas para ofrecer una visión integral de la situación, res- paldada por la normativa nacional e internacional vigente sobre derechos humanos. Esta exploración busca no solo evidenciar las problemáticas enfrentadas por los migrantes, sino también promover acciones concretas para garantizar su protección y bienestar en su paso por Colombia y en travesía por la selva hacía Estados Unidos, su país de destino.
The article proposes an exhaustive analysis of the violation of the human rights of the migrant population in transit through Colombia towards the Darién Gap, between the years 2020 and 2024, from a biolaw perspec- tive. These people full of desire for progress, who in search of a better future have made the decision to leave their countries of origin; as a result of situations such as poverty, internal violence, lack of opportunities, the desire to reunite with their families, among others. In this way, through a qualitative methodological approach, the risk conditions and violations suffered by this population are examined in a context where the State has not been efficient in controlling the unleashed crisis, much less has it managed to create strategies.

This exploration seeks not only to highlight the problems faced by migrants, but also to promote concrete actions to guarantee their protection and well-being during their passage through Colombia and on their journey through the jungle to the United States, their destination country.
