    Este trabajo se centra en realizar una evaluación de la situación actual, y a medio plazo, del Derecho nuclear y de su ámbito material de regulación, que no es otro que el uso pacífico de la energía nuclear en España y la Unión Europea, comprobando que nuestro país está siguiendo una peligrosa tendencia hacia el ostracismo en el uso de este tipo de energía que no está siendo secundada por el resto de miembros de la UE, y que puede poner en riesgo la necesaria seguridad energética, en un momento geopolíticamente convulso por la guerra en Ucrania y la política arancelaria del Gobierno Trump.

    This work focuses on carrying out an assessment of the current and medium-term situation of nuclear law and its material scope of regulation, which is none other than the peaceful use of nuclear energy in Spain and the European Union, verifying that our country is following a dangerous trend towards ostracism in the use of this type of energy that is not being supported by the rest of the EU members, and that may put the necessary energy security at risk, at a geopolitically turbulent time due to the war in Ukraine and the tariff policy of the Trump Administration.
