Since 2015, Brazil has been receiving Venezuelan immigrants who migrate from Venezuela due to the three-dimensional humanitarian crisis. In 2018 alone, the Brazilian Federal Government created Operation Shelter to manage this migratory flow, which operates on three axes. For this study, the axis of interiorization in its signaled job offer modality is of interest, since its beneficiaries are more susceptible to being subjected to degrading working conditions and labor analogous to slavery in violation of Conventions No. 29/1930 and 105/1957 of the International Labor Organization (ILO). The general objective of this research is to analyze whether Brazil has been able to comply with the aforementioned ILO Conventions in the scope of interiorization by the signaled job offer modality. To this end, the deductive method is used, in a qualitative approach, in basic research of biblio-graphic and documentary references.
