  • A political phenomenon is shaking Latin America. Candidates who beat their rivals fairly easily with a discourse against the established power and the crisis of institutions, are today leaders in trouble. Their lack of experience and political management skills, their drift back to what they criticized, and a polarized system partly explain this new reality of regional politics.
