Este texto se compone de una batería de preguntas planteadas a cerca de una veintena de especialistas sobre el nuevo orden mundial que está emergiendo sobre el anterior orden construido tras la Segunda Guerra Mundial. La conversación se estructura en siete bloques que tratan sobre imperialismo y multilateralismo, América Latina y Doctrina Donroe, el vínculo trasatlántico, la situación en Oriente Medio, el posicionamiento de otros actores internacionales, el uso de la fuerza y las posibilidades de la paz, y la relación de este nuevo orden con la crisis ecosocial en marcha. El resultado es una conversación coral que permite extraer valiosas claves para navegar este presente incierto.
The section consists of a series of questions posed to around twenty specialists about the new world order that is emerging over the previous order built after the Second World War. The conversation is structured in seven blocks that deal with imperialism and multilateralism, Latin America and the Monroe Doctrine, the transatlantic link, the situation in the Middle East, the positioning of other in ternational actors, the use of force and the possibilities for peace, and the relationship of this new order with the ongoing ecosocial crisis. The result is a choral conversation that allows valuable insights to be drawn for navigating this uncertain present.
