  • This short note considers the precise scope of the prohibition of a neutral State to deliver weapons to a belligerent, as codified under Article 6 of the Hague Convention XIII of 1907. Various hypotheses are tested to canvass the prohibition in its different facets, ranging from prohibited «direct» delivery to prohibited or not prohibited forms of« indirect» delivery.
