    The main objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between transformational leadership and intrapreneurship of employees in the Portuguese technological sector. In this sense, the investigation began with a thorough study of the literature with regard to these three concepts, having subsequently resorted to a quantitative methodological approach through the application of a survey to 148 employees in the Portuguese technological sector. In the data analysis, the structural equation model was applied using Partial Least Squares. The results show the existence of positive relationships between intrapreneurship and individual performance, in this specific context of the Portuguese technological sector. This study deepens the theoretical relationship between transformational leadership and intrapreneurship and presents relevant reflections for organizations in the technological sector with a view to promote transformational leaderships that enhance intrapreneurship in contexts of change.

    O objetivo fundamental deste estudo é analisar a relação entre liderança transformacional e intraempreendedorismo nos colaboradores do setor tecnológico português.Adotando uma abordagem metodológica quantitativa, com a realização de um estudo empírico descritivo, exploratório e transversal, utilizou-se como instrumento o inquérito por questionário, o qual foi aplicado aos colaboradores do setor tecnológico português, tendo-se obtido 148 respostas válidas. O modelo de equações estruturais foi utilizado na análise efetuada.Os resultados mostram a existência de uma relação positiva entre liderança transformacional e intraempreendedorismo no contexto específico do setor tecnológico português.Este estudo aprofunda o conhecimento existente na literatura sobre esta temática, particularmente, no que concerne à relação entre liderança transformacional e intraempreendedorismo e apresenta relevantes reflexões para as organizações do setor tecnológico tendentes à promoção de lideranças transformacionais que potenciem o intraempreendedorismo em contextos de mudança
