En diálogo con los comentarios recibidos, el artículo coincide en señalar la potencial contribución del libro a la reflexividad disciplinar y destaca elementos centrales de la ‘meta-perspectiva’ del autor para indagar en la construcción investigativa realizada por Tomás Moulian, José Joaquín Brunner y Pedro Morandé, expresada en sus relatos sociológicos; de tal modo, presenta fundamentos para el armado del metarrelato del libro. Entre tales elementos están el análisis de redes híbridas integradas por actores humanos y textos; la orientación pragmática, que atiende los procesos productivos de las obras y relatos, así como de difusión y uso de ellas; el carácter de narrativas científicas sustentadas en conexiones evidenciales que distinguen a estos relatos de otros, como los ideológicos; la performatividad limitada, en contraste con la mayor fuerza que esta tiende a lograr en el caso de narrativas positivistas vinculadas estrechamente al Estado como muchas del área de la economía. La extensión del texto, que todos mencionan, fue un derivado de los objetivos comparativos e integrativos buscados. En cuanto a la situación nacional, actual y futura, se plantea que en los últimos 15 años han emergido nuevos relatos, aunque en un cuadro de mayor fragmentación.
In dialogue with the comments received, the article agrees in pointing out the potential contribution of the book to disciplinary reflexivity and highlights central elements of the author’s ‘meta-perspective’ to examine the investigative construction carried out by Tomás Moulian, José Joaquín Brunner and Pedro Morandé, expressed in their sociological stories; in this way, it presents foundations for the assembly of the author’s meta-narrative. Among such elements are the analysis of hybrid networks integrated by human actors and texts; the pragmatic orientation, which addresses the productive processes of works and stories as well as their dissemination and use; the scientific character of narratives supported by evidential connections that distinguish these stories from others, such as ideological ones; limited performativity, in contrast to positivist narratives closely linked to the State, such as many of the economy, that achieve greater strength. The length of the text, which everyone mentions, was a derivative of the comparative and integrative objectives sought. Regarding the current and future national situation, it is proposed that in the last 15 years new stories have emerged, although in a context of greater fragmentation.
