El Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea analiza la aplicación de la ley neerlandesa “Wwsz”, que aplica el llamado “principio del país de residencia” en la exportación de prestaciones de la Seguridad Social, a raíz de un total de tres cuestiones prejudiciales. Tras analizar dicha Ley y la Sentencia del TJUE se ofrecen reflexiones sobre la aplicabilidad de una ley similar en España con especial atención al Convenio sobre Seguridad Social entre España y el Reino de Marruecos.
The Court of Justice of the European Union analyses the application of the Dutch Law “Wwsz”, which applies the so-called "country of residence principle" in the export of Social Security benefits, following a total of three preliminary rulings. After analysing this law and the CJEU ruling, reflections are offered on the applicability of a similar law in Spain, with special attention to the Social Security Agreement between Spain and the Kingdom of Morocco.
