Guinea Ecuatorial
El presente artículo se centra en el estudio de la narrativa del exilio en la literatura ecuatoguineana, tomando como referencia la obra Los poderes de la tempestad de Donato Ndongo-Bidyogo. En esta novela el autor pone de manifiesto los avatares ocurridos en Guinea Ecuatorial después de su independencia el 12 de octubre de 1968. Se recoge con realismo y por medio de la narración, el exilio al que tuvieron que enfrentarse varios escritores para no ser detenidos por el régimen dictatorial de este período que había iniciado una caza de intelectuales, convirtiendo a cualquier escritor en enemigo del régimen.
This article focuses on the study of exile narratives in Equatorial Guinean literature, taking as a reference the work The Powers of the Tempest, written by Donato Ndongo-Bidyogo. In this novel, the author highlights the events that occurred in Equatorial Guinea after its independence on October 12, 1968. It realistically portrays, through narrative, the exile that several writers had to face to avoid arrest by the dictatorial regime of this period, which had initiated a hunt for intellectuals, turning any writer into an enemy of the regime.
