El presente artículo aborda, desde el punto de vista procesal la nueva reforma realizada por la LO 1/2025 contemplada en el art 82.5 LRJS relativa a la aportación de prueba documental y pericial antes de juicio. El mismo, partiendo de la premisa del reciente RD 6/2023 y de la plena implantación del expediente digital, trata de analizar la misma, abordando los principales problemas que plantea a nivel de interpretación y aplicación.
This article deal from a procedural perspective, the new reform implemented by Law 1/2025 contemplated in art. 82.5 LRJS regarding the provision of documentary and expert evidence before trial. Based on the premise of the recent RD 6/2023 and the full implementation of the digital file, it attempts to analyze the reform, addressing the main problems it raises in terms of interpretation and application.
