    Los avances de la ciencia y la tecnología permiten el mejoramiento de la producción de bienes. Asimismo, estos avances también pueden auxiliar en la calidad y eficiencia de los servicios públicos que brinda el Estado, creando un aumento en la calidad de vida de las personas. Este trabajo examina y analiza el papel que tendrá la Inteligencia Artificial (AI) en la administración de justicia, y los cuidados y prevenciones que deberán considerarse al momento de adoptar y adaptar esta tecnología para el serviciode los justiciables

Moreover, these advances can also help in the quality and efficiency of public services provided by the State, creating an increase in the quality of life of people. This paper examines and analyzes the role that Artificial Intelligence (AI) will have in the administration of justice, and the care and prevention that should be considered when adopting and adapting this technology for the service of the petitioner of justice
