El presente estudio analiza la evolución del tratamiento normativo de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) en la legislación educativa española entre 1980 y 2020, con el objetivo de identificar el proceso de institucionalización progresiva de la dimensión digital en el sistema educativo.
This study analyzes the evolution of the normative treatment of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in Spanish educational legislation between 1980 and 2020, aiming to identify the progressive institutionalization of the digital dimension within the educational system. A qualitative longitudinal documentary approach was adopted, examining the main education acts enacted during the democratic period.
