• Resumen

  • The essay offers a general outlook on the problem of sexual harassment at work. No specific remedy has yet been provided by Italian law against this form of sexual discrimination. A legal defi-nition of sexual harassment is absent too. This kind of behaviour results nonetheless to be widespread in our country. On this basis, the Author carnes out a comparative analysis in order to examine possible solutions.
