The territorial dispute in Palestine, the colonial policy and the consequent (necro) violence practiced there, mark the history of the territory. The recent brutal and unlimited attacks by the Israeli army in response to Hamas' invasion of that territory are part of one of the most brutal periods in the Middle East. Based on these facts, we sought to understand how colonial policy influences and perpetuates Israel's constant attacks on Gaza, among them, the recent population extermination that has occurred since 2023. As a methodology, the deductive method was used, from the study of the conflictual and warlike formation of Palestine to specifically analyze the recent attacks on the territory. The historical procedure method was used and the research technique was indirect documentation, based on documentary and bibliographical research. The work is relevant due to its notorious international repercussion and the topicality of the topic, as the extermination practices carried out by Israel are still occurring. In this way, the violence perpetrated against the Palestinians leads to the continuous implementation of the colonial project, with the repeated, brutal and disproportionate attacks understood as actions of ethnic cleansing against (non) subjects, with their lives already denied, lost and who never were considered.
A disputa territorial na Palestina e as consequentes (necro)violências lá praticadas, marcam a história do território. Os recentes brutais e ilimitados ataques do exército israelense como resposta à invasão do Hamas naquele território, integram um dos períodos de maior brutalidade do Oriente Médio. A partir disso,buscou-se compreender a prática de extermínio e a perpetuação da política colonial no território evidenciadas, especialmente, a partir dos ataques em 2023. Utilizou-se do método fenomenológico, buscando entender o fenômeno em sua essência e, em um primeiro momento, realizou-se uma análise histórica da disputa da Palestina enquanto um espaço marcado pela política colonial. Em um segundo momento, a partir de Achille Mbembe, especialmente, foi trabalhada a necropolítica como uma práxis que naturaliza e normaliza a eliminação dos indesejáveis, típicos da perpetuação da ocupação colonial. O método de procedimento foi o histórico e a técnica de pesquisa foi a documentação indireta, fundada na pesquisa documental e bibliográfica. Dessa forma, a violência perpetrada em face dos Palestinos conduz à contínua concretização do projeto colonial, sendo os reiterados, brutais e desproporcionais ataques compreendidos como ações de limpeza étnica em face de (não) sujeitos, com suas vidas já negadas, perdidas e que nunca foram consideradas.
